Overview

With over 30 years of experience across various organizations, I have managed diverse adjustment processes. I’ve handled auto, home, and commercial property losses, overseen SIU investigations, complex litigation, and led subrogation recoveries. Additionally, my expertise includes building claims departments, managing repair programs, and overseeing FNOL operations, providing a broad skill set to benefit any carrier. 

Quality Auditing

In several roles, I’ve overseen third-party administrators’ claims handling, utilizing complex data analysis and file reviews. Focusing on the key aspects of claim handling such as prompt communications, timely and accurate reserve adjustments, cost-benefit awareness in the engaging of experts, timely and accurate utilization of ROR's, and early determination and distribution of undisputed damages are typical areas of review. However,  I can tailor audits to meet specific client needs.
